Starting in 2024, all NOSL men's member clubs will be eligible to participate in an all-new competition, the Stimulus League Cup. The Stimulus League Cup, sponsored by Minneapolis-based kit manufacturer Stimulus Athletic, will feature teams from both divisions competing in a single-elimination knockout tournament that will run throughout the NOSL's regular league season. The fixtures will be played on predetermined Tuesday and Wednesday windows throughout the season.

Teams that register for the tournament will be randomly drawn against each other. The NOSL League Cup Draw will be held on Friday, March 8th and livestreamed on the NOSL's YouTube channel.

The Stimulus League Cup Final will be played Friday, July 26 at Triway High School in Wooster, Ohio. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
